pet skin care

We humans care for our skin to avoid many dermatological problems. The same way with animals, we need to pay attention to pet skin care so that our dogs and cats remain healthy and happy. When you use medicated shampoos on your pet, you are introducing irritants that may cause more problems than what you are solving. Negative reactions by the skin surface can make way for the abnormal growth of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungus and yeast.

Keep a healthy balance on your pet’s skin surface. Use a gentle shampoo and light conditioner to seal and protect the skin. The rule of thumb is to always use mild products unless otherwise prescribed by your veterinarian.
