Since my retirement, I spend most of my time shuttling between my two kids. My daughter lives in LA with her family, while my son is in college in Boston. My daughter wants me to visit her often because she wants her two sons to know me better. My son, on the other hand, likes having me around his apartment so he has someone to clean up for him.

My only condition is that I can bring Buster along with me. He is my dog companion, and he has been with me since my husband passed away. I used to leave him with a pet boarding service, but since I cannot predict exactly when I will get home, it is not cost-effective. I recently purchased Buster a pet carrier with a pet carrier tag, so we both travel in style.
